Developed countries do not fulfill their obligations under climate agreements, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said, Report informs.
“Rich countries themselves do not comply with the agreements. They did not comply with the Kyoto protocol, the Copenhagen agreements, they failed to implement the decisions of the UN conference in Rio 2002 and will not implement the Paris agreement,” the Brazilian leader said during a weekly live broadcast on YouTube
