Erdogan sends massively refugees and immigrants to Greece to “punish the EU”

The Turkish government is directing refugees and immigrants to Greece. The other members of the EU refusing to take any of them, Greece is slowly destroyed as it is clearly unable to handle such disproportionate population waves. Much more in the situation it is found as a result and under the terms of the bail – out imposed on it. Given the circumstances, the security of the refugees and immigrants will most probably may also under serious risk.
As for the European Union it proves again that it is simply a mechanism working for the interests of huge international banks and of its biggest members, like Germany. After organizing the destruction of Greece by economic and political means, it remains now absolutely indifferent and passive to the very real prospect of creating a very chaotic situation in the country.
The situation is very difficult especially in the Aegean islands, where a revolt took place in recent days, against the construction of new sites for refugees and immigrants and for transferring them out of the islands

Turkey: “Refugee influx to Europe will continue to grow”

February 29, 2020
Turkey tries to justify the influx of refugees and migrants to Greece with the situation in Idlib and Syria. “The influx of migrants from Turkey towards Europe will continue if the situation in Idlib, Syria continues to worsen,” the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday. What it did not say is that many of those flocking to the land borders with Greece, speak …Turkish – as footage by Turkish media showed – and are therefore refugees who have been in the country for quite some time.
“The latest developments in Idlib, which caused hundreds of thousands of people to be displaced, have further increased the current migration pressure on our country. These developments are followed by our people and the world, and also affect the refugees and migrants in our country,” the Foreign Ministry said.

Greece’s Migrant Crisis: “A Powder Keg Ready to Explode”

by Soeren Kern
“People have seen their properties destroyed, their sheep and goats have been slaughtered, their homes broken into. A few years back, when there were 5,000 migrants on the island, things seemed bad enough. Now there’s a sense that the situation has really got out of hand.” — Nikos Trakellis, community leader in Moria, on the Greek island of Lesbos.
“I fear for the safety of our people, the residents of Lesbos. For the situation to change, many refugees have to be transferred to the mainland and new arrivals from Turkey must be stopped. If not, we are doomed.” — North Aegean Regional Governor Kostas Moutzouris.
